KIBBLE LogoGlasgow Polo Club is closely associated with KIBBLE, Gaynor Hutton currently running a new recycling social enterprise for the long established Paisley based charity. One outcome of this relationship is the use of “OsKar” – Glasgow Polo Club’s near famous skewbald polo playing pony – as the face of the project!!

“Project OsKar” was launched in August 2010 and full details can be found by heading to

Project OsKarThe aims of Project OsKar are threefold:

  1. Divert unnecessary waste from going to Landfill in the Renfrewshire area
  2. Provide employment, training and skills for young people in Renfrewshire
  3. Offer good value second hand household goods to low income families

KIBBLE operates many social enterprise companies one of which – PromoWorks – provides club merchandise such as polo shirts, etc. to Glasgow Polo Club. 10% of the revenue from this merchandise is donated by Glasgow Polo Club to KIBBLE

The merchandising side of KIBBLE is keen to offer its services to polo teams who need team shirts, etc. or indeed anyone at all who would like something made or printed. They offer all sorts of promotional items and would be delighted to speak to anyone interested in using their quality services, at the same time supporting a really good cause!
